The answer to these questions can be illustrated in the next simple statistic approach.
We know we live in an imperfect world. But on the other hand what is imperfect? We know God is described as Perfect. But what do we mean by perfect. Perhaps imperfect could prove to be more perfect than perfect? Let's find out |
Let's first define Imperfect:
and define Perfect as:
As you know the (material) world itself is imperfect and so are we human beings.
Now let's see what happens if a human being draws a conclusion from certain data in the material world.
We now may conclude the following:
Only if a perfect human being on basis of perfect data (information) draws a certain conclusion, we may be a 100% sure that conclusion is right.
Now since they both do not exist in reality, we may skip this possibility.
Now look at an imperfect human being. When he draws a conclusion from imperfect data, there is at least a change that he might draw the right conclusion.
So now you know why God shaped you imperfect:
Suppose we have two coins. We presume that both coins have a head and a tail. But in practice data are always incorrect. So let's say one of these coins has two heads instead a head and a tail. Now two experts are examining the coins. They have to conform something that everyone in the world already knows: One coin-expert, called Breinstein, is perfect. But the other coin-expert, called Blindstein, has a vision problem called presbyopia, the slow loss of ability to see close objects. Blindstein, however, does not know this yet, he only thinks his arms are getting shorter! Both experts now examine the two coins:
From this we may conclude that in this case it's better to hire an imperfect expert ?! |
Of course you already noticed: Something is going terribly wrong here.
Find out for yourself what's wrong. If you can't make up, come back in a week on Philos and see the solution.
Just realize that the approach as given here, is the start of receiving insight in several interesting phenomena such as serendipity.
Although there is something wrong here, the conclusion that God shaped us imperfect has a reason that has to do with the study in this Blog !
Let's conclude here by saying that:
Or even better:
